Forearm Pain and Dysfunction. Went rock climbing and bouldering at Awsome Walls in cork on Saturday and Offshore rowing in a decent chop on Sunday. Needless to say my forearms were in bits after all of it. This is a release technique I use to look after my arms as a therapist but is invaluable to rowers who suffer from forearm locking on a regular basis. While I know nothing about rock climbing this should help release out adhesions formed by trying to hang at crazy angles from your finger tips!
