This last year has been a tricky one for me; (as for all of you, but this is my story ๐๐ผ๐ค). As some of you will knowโฆI left my husband in London in early March 2020, with nothing, apart from a few clothes, too many shoes(!) and some weights that I could fit into my car to take the ferry. I left all my other belongings in the flat we shared in London. All I knew is that I just knew I couldnโt live like that another day. And then a week later lockdown happened.
โฃ
I was scared, flattened, crushed, heart broken, desperately sad, but not broken. I clung to my family and to what I knew helped me get through this time - being in nature and keeping fit and healthy. When I didnโt know where to turn I turned to the things that have saved me. Those IG Lives that I ran last year during the first lockdown at 7:30am every morning? = the reason I got up. Working out with you saved me!! Training others and giving others motivation to reclaim their minds, bodies and in turn hearts for life has saved me.โฃ

I threw myself into training as a health coach with and yesterday I got my Diploma certificate in the post! The road to growing into the woman I am meant to be continues. I love helping people get healthier and happier!!! Itโs pretty simple and I feel so blessed and humbled to have found my vocation.

If you want to wake up with intention you need to start by establishing a great evening routine. Human growth hormone (HGH) plays a key role in growth, cell repair and metabolism. Even affecting our longevity. 4. Read or listen to a good podcast or audio book.โฃ

5. Be thankful for this life and the new day that you have been given.โฃ

6. Exercise. Be it a walk, a run, yoga, pilates, or a training session. Getting it done first thing again sets the tone for the day and leaves no chance of life getting in the way later on.โฃ

5 things you can do today to improve your health โฃ

1. Go to bed early - aim for 9:30/10pm at least 4 nights a week.โฃ

2. Put phone on airplane mode at night. Donโt be tempted to look at it. If you are leave it in the kitchen on charge.

3. Read before sleeping.

4. Get up at the exact same time every day. Set alarm until your body gets used to it. Make it as close to sun rise as you can manage. โฃ

5. Drink warm lemon water & then go for a morning walk/exercise first thing.โฃ
