We meet in Castleisland community hall court 2 every Sunday morning at 10 am, if you like, off the back of your walk or exercise as a supplementary part of your routine, getting set up for the day.
Look after the front of your day and the rest will go smoother and easier.

Self healing who fairs better?..

"Don't tell our neighbours our troubles" going on with our lives, like nothing ails us, denying our emotions that create havoc in our bodies - alot refuse to acknowledge how they are really doing?possibly due to early parental messages, we refuse to reveal our feelings, that our body now shows.
Internally or externally we possibly are self destructing, performing for the sake of others destroys us, you got to fill your own cup first.
The one's who find it easier to accept the truth often fair better, commiting whole heartly on their self healing journey, showing up for them to stay well.
Denial is not the best approach, show up for you, because it begins with you, your safety first.
Our fast lifestyle today requires this supplement practice along with your other forms of training, we do need time to slow down, be present and mindful.

Our cultures tell us to pursue titles and trinkets - and acclaim money and mansions. All that's fine, so long as you don't get brainwashed into defining your worth as a human being by it all.
I say enjoy them, kudos one has them, just don't get so attached to all of it.
Try not base your identity by them, we all might like, want but don't need.
Many of our heroes or the greats gone before us had little and had longevity, health and joy.
We all just want to live by each others happiness and to help one another.
Let's not lose our way.
You have the power within to make better choices.
As these posessions are only forms of fake power our civilization programs us to believe that we need these as an identity of success.
Having lost it all and built it up again and thankfully never attached and don't acquire to need because the fact, should you lose any one of these things that our culture has led us to believe we need for identity of success, that substitute power you derived from them just evaporates, just vanishes in an instance reveiling it self as an illusion.
So that leaves you with you, how robust are you? mentally, physically and emotionally. Let's not forget what really is important, your health -this is your wealth.

This vehicle that we travel in must be in order, so come Breath, move ,recover to add strength, balance and flexibility.

Hi all, kicks off this Sunday, Tell your ma, your Da brothers and sister, granny and grandad,we need to move better before we move more.
Taking you through your joints ranges of movements that we possibly don't use but need to use, so a more flexible joint then has a better success to develop more strength.
When we move better, we feel better.
Working Hamstrings, glutes, back shoulders, hips.

Mobility before stability, move well before you move more!!
we as individuals will do everything but stretch, we will run, walk, cycle swim and strength train and we will never get time to stretch, lets for a moment give our mobility and flexibility the priority it deserves as strength training would get, once we reach 40 we need to prioritise our mobility, for to keep good range of motion around our joints.
Yes Stretching is long and boring but together its not.
The benefits sure out weight the reasons not to??
It frees up our joints, it allows more space and energy, increases our range of motion which in turn allows us to develop better strength gains, improves our posture, relieves back pain, aches and pains, stiffness and allows more freedom and a stressed less body.
But we still skip getting down to it, so daily in clinic people say i just don't get to the exercises etc sometimes, so class is here to help for one power hour off the back of your Sunday morning run/walk/gym.
So do this for your overall health and add this as a supplementary training to your exercise regime and don't skip this one we are all in it together, to allow more space for flexibility and enjoy our daily living in ease.
We minimally need this power hour to help prevent wrong change and make a better change and you can add another off the motivation of coming to class, helping you to help yourself.

Puff and the new year men's class begun.
They were challenged with core, quads, hip flexor, ankles,glutes.
I'm all for caring for our joints, keeping low impact,challenging, awareness effective, progressive and accessible to all.

The year we put behind us 2023....
Tough is an understatement....
But mom's can never quit... always be kind to one another as nobody knows another's battles.
Smile and be kind, it cost nothing.
As for all, there will be ups and downs, as nothing is plain sailing, sometimes you have to change direction for a while, depending on the storms.
2023 had quite a few, one woman doing many many hard things, still getting my mojo back.
-Becoming homeless -welcome to the new Ireland ( this never would have being the case, but giving up a Yr of my life and the shirt off my back for my nearest and dearest taking 50 k from my funds for my potential site for our home, was put to back burner, I didn't think twice, family first, life first. My big heart stopped me from moving forward (my biggest down fall or weakness, giving what I never got, or could i say a strength for my career, but having my career tools really helped life, so no regrets)
- undergoing operations that make you scared and realise what your grateful for.
- travelling due to emergency life circumstances
-navigating back to work, school, and the juggling act of all the new activities for a humongous eager learner,no pressure mom.
-letting go of those who no longer serve you.
-realisation of 2024 with the added activities is mom, then work, as the children are our future.
- passion has always being work, teams, sports, gaa, matches, outdoor life, mountains but since parenting alone all have taking a back seat and have reconciled and now finding peace to accept.
- Battling the bereavements of family and loved ones we soarly miss, hardest time of year.
- on a positive - we met such beautiful forever friends in 23, friends the kind you wish there was more of, but it's now a different world to the one we had.
I am grateful for the highs and the lows as the lows you take your lessons from and the highs the memories and now feel so at peace with the simple things in life and what and who I have in my life. I am grateful.
So now 2024 I'm looking more to balance, work, life and family.
