So excited to announce our new FREE children's choir!
The Musica Fusion Friendship Choir is a new initiative to promote diversity and integration for boys and girls aged 8 to 12 with a focus on integrating all nationalities in our area, forming friendships and nurturing understanding and integration between our wonderful multi national communities' children and our local children.
Music in all its forms is such a wonderful catalyst for this and our free children's choir will not only help to educate the children about each other and each others nationalities but it will also provide an opportunity for us all to learn about each others culture ...in particular the music cultures of each of our members nationalities. How exciting it will be to learn songs from other countries and share our own songs! It will be a fun and modern approach to choral music....plenty of really cool songs!!!
I am so proud that we will be pioneering this initiative and widening the umbrella of our Community orchestras remit!! We are delighted to have received a grant from the Community integration fund which will allow us to provide this service at no charge!
Not every child can play an instrument but every child who wants to can sing so this opens up Musica Fusions Community Orchestra to even more of the community!
Choir will be led by Úna Mc Glynn and Jacob Butler on Fridays at 3pm in Musica Fusion School of Music . We can take up to 50 members so please call or text Susie now on 0879873379 for your child's spot in our new choir! Soooooo excited 🎵☺️

September Classes
Group guitar and rock band classes!
These classes are for budding guitar players of all levels. Not only do we learn all the chords, songs, etc like a normal guitar class but we take it a step further and learn electric bass and percussion too! Then we play together as part of a band on our stage with all the gear!! Just like real rock stars.
The beginners class is for those just starting off...its amazing. Learn 4 chords and you can play hundreds of songs. The beginners learn the songs and take to the stage to ELECTRIFY IT!! 😁 Playing bass guitar, percussion, guitar and vocals, they join up with our drum and keyboard students and form a band!
The intermediate class is a follow on from this class and is suitable for anyone who has played for a year or more and is under the age of 12. We have so many drummers and keyboard students looking forward to meeting you!!
Our advanced class focuses alot on the performance aspect of guitar. Electric guitar solos, electric bass and advance guitar skills. We also focus a little on compostition and writing our own songs, we even have special guest stars, singer songwriters doing workshops with us. These guys put on a spectacular concert in June with our senior drummers and keyboard players....very cool!!
This class suits players over the age of 12 to 15 who have been playing for a couple of years and want to move on to more performance based guitar!
Tuesday 5.30 - 6.10 - Beginners guitar class and rock band
Tuesday 6.10 - 6.50 - Intermediate guitar class and rock band
Thursday 6.00 - 6.40 - Senior guitar class and rock band.

Learn how to come up with stories, write and draw comics over a 10-week course. By the end, you will have made

COMIC CREATION ♥️with Dylan

A new and one of a kind 10 week comic course that culminates in the creation of your very own comic!!
What's it all about...? Well...

Learn all about comic strips, how to draw your characters and backgrounds, how to create characters, what makes a character good/bad etc?

Where will we put our characters? Coming up with story ideas, what story can we put our character in?Is there an enemy they must fight? How will they defeat them?

Students will draw an A4 page with their character in the story they’ve just created and learnt about Panel layout and how to keep things clear!

Not to mention the really fun stuff....Lettering and Sound effects - CRASH! BANG! POW! How lettering can bring out art and can be art!

Then we put it all together and create our final comic which we will show off to an enthusiastic crowd!!

TODDLER MUSICAS
Saturdays mornings at Musica Fusion are always filled with the smallest of musical voices!

Our baby and toddler class is such a wonderful introduction to music class for our smallest pupils. Suitable for 6 months to 2 and 1/2, this class has singing, percussion, drums, booms, ukuleles and so much more...lots of great noise (I mean music 😅).

Its also a great chance to meet other parents and the fun we have is epic!!

LITTLE MUSICAS STRINGS 🎵
This class is the next step in our Little Musicas program! This string group class is an introduction to the violin and cello for these little 5 and 6 year olds!
Learning an instrument in a group setting is always loads of fun! This class teaches all the fundamentals in an exciting and innovative way! Amazingly, after only a few months in this class, these guys joined the junior orchestra!
It is one of our most popular classes so places are very limited. You do not need to have completed Musicas one and two to join the group.
The instruments are provided so no need to go to the expense of buying one!
Classes are Saturdays from 11.30 to 12.10.

LITTLE MUSICAS 1 AND 2
These are the most exciting classes and a wonderful introduction to music for any child....and adult!!

Imagine a class where your little one can play drums, percussion, ukulele, learn musical notes and rhythms, get demos on all the instruments in the school, colour the music not to mention play in a ROCK BAND!!! Plus Musicas 2 classes learn the xylophone and the recorder!!

Yup all that and more. These classes are the beginning of their musical journeys and are filled with fun, excitement...oh and NOISE!!!!! LOTS AND LOTS OF WONDERFUL NOISE!!!

Little Musicas 1 - Saturdays 10 to 10.40 - ages 3/4 with parent.

UKULELE GROUP CLASSES 🎵
This class is a lovely introduction to the world of the Ukulele! Much smaller than a guitar, suits the little fingers! Learn the ukulele and enjoy playing and singing some familiar and fun tunes!!
This class is for absolute beginners...ages 6 to 8.
Ukuleles available to buy in the school or to rent if you don't want to buy! Don't forget our Bring a Buddy scheme...a free class each if you both sign up!

GROUP KEYBOARD CLASSES ..for absolute beginners! A Fantastic way to start piano/keyboard, in a fun and relaxed environment! Piano can be such a solitary instrument but our group classes bring the excitement and comradery to learning!
Classes on Tuesdays at 3pm for ages 6 to 8.

We are looking for a qualified trad teacher to join our fantastic team in September on Tuesdays from 4 to 8 at Musica Fusion School of Music Must be kind and enthusiastic and able to teach harp/trad flute/whistle/banjo. CREATIVE WRITING Imagine It Creative Writing Club 🎵🤔

Do you have a child with a wonderful imagination...imagine it! Do you have a child who loves to make up little stories....imagine it! Is your child creative and looking to share it with like minded kids... imagine it!

Our Creative writing classes on Saturday mornings sounds like just what you need! The imagine it club is the most unique club of it's kind...bubbling with laughter and excitement, each week these creative kids share their skills under the tutelage of writer and founder Noelene Nash!

Every term the wonderful Noelene has something fun and creative for them to sink their teeth into. They have written pantomimes, poetry, short stories, journalistic pieces, puppet shows and even a poem that was put to music by our orchestra and performed in The National Concert Hall...Imagine it!!

This term the junior class are writing a Puppet show and the senior class are writing an intriguing courtroom drama....Imagine it!!
