A T-bone steak is a combination of fillet steak and striploin steak. Both the bone and the striploin fat add a delicious succulent flavour when cooking. 🥩

Top tip: Don’t cook your meat straight from the fridge, room temperature is perfect. Leave your meat out for approx. 10-15 minutes (depending on the temperature of the room) before cooking.
