I put great emphasis of the practice of pranyama, meditation and restorative poses. My classes provide a place for students to unwind after a busy day.

Dear yogis,
Now that we have moved into this new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic we have taken the decision to stop teaching our regular Yoga classes at DYC as of this evening and the studio will remain closed until the government lifts the lockdown... hopefully at the end of March.
