50 % deposit must be paid on confirmation of your booking and payment in full must be made in full before your dog's stay. Dogs must be picked up by the agreed upon time. Late pick-ups will incur additional charges. Dogs must be dropped off and picked up during our regular business hours - at an agreed time. We are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during your dog's stay. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any damage caused by your dog to our facilities or equipment will be charged to the owner.
