I often get tension in these areas myself and its very handy to massage these spots for a few mins each day in between massages :-)

There's no doubt about it that working in an office environment can put a huge strain on your muscles leading to inflammation of those muscles but also knock effects for other parts of your body such as headaches, restricted movement, poor posture and poor circulation. Regular massage can help keep on top of this!
