In 2005, what started with an idea to help end world hunger by selling burritos at a restaurant in Australia has turned into 300 restaurants globally in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the US and the UK. That one burrito has now helped donate over 80 million meals to those in need.

To celebrate the opening of our 300th restaurant, we will be giving away 300 FREE BURRITOS across ALL 300 locations globally on Wednesday 25th September.

In Ireland, each of our stores will be giving away 300 of our brand new Chipotle Chicken Burritos from opening time until 3pm 👀

Mark it in your calendar and head into your local Zambrero and grab your free burrito on Wednesday 25th September!

You know Zambrero serves a banging burrito, but did you know that for every one you buy we donate a meal to someone in the need around the world through our Plate 4 Plate Initiative?

We hold annual meal packing events on , where volunteers come together to help pack meals for those in need. Last year we packed over 100,000 meals with 350 amazing volunteers. These meals were shipped to Africa to help change lives through our hunger relief partners Rise Against Hunger.

This year, we want to smash that number and pack 120K meals for those in need! To do this, we need the help of 200 volunteers on Saturday October 5th from 11am-1pm in St. Mary's College, Rathmines. What do you say, will you join us?

From 1st to 25th August, all Zambrero meals nationwide will feature a QR code sticker. Among these thousands of stickers, there will be one “golden ticket” QR code which will bag the scanner a trip to Mexico.

- Scan the QR code sticker on your meal to find out if you’ve won

All is not lost if you don’t win the trip to Mexico - you’ll still get the chance to ‘Spin the Wheel’ and win one of hundreds of prizes including free meals, discount codes and more from our partners Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Flipdish.
