Today, we bid farewell to Maurice Smiddy, the esteemed greenkeeper of Youghal Golf Club for over 40 years. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time. Maurice’s dedication and passion for his work will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. Youghal Golf Club and Table 8 Bistro will remain closed today as a mark of respect for our colleague Maurice. Rest in peace, Maurice.
