Taking advantage of this we leave you a healthy recipe to make with our "Keohane Seafoods Salmon Darnes With Sweet Chilli Marinade 240 g" which you can find in

We need:

- Salmon Darnes With Sweet Chilli Marinade
-Broccoli
- Courgette
- Spring Onion
- Lime
- Egg noodles

Steps:
- Cut the broccoli and the courgette
- Mix them up and place them over a foil paper
- Put over them a piece of salmon and wrap the foil paper
- Place it on a preheated backing tray in the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
- Unwrap the salmon and the vegs.
- Serve them on a plate, mix the vegs with the cooked egg noodles, and put over them the salmon.
- Cut small pieces of spring onion to put over the noodles and the salmon.
- Add a bit of lime juice over the rice and the salmon.

- Salmon Ginger Chilli and Lime marinade
- Baby Sweet Corn
- Green Beans
- Spring Onion
- Lime
- Jasmine rice

Steps:
- Mix some baby sweetcorn's & green beans in a foil paper
- Put over them a piece of salmon and wrap the foil paper
- Place it on a preheated backing tray in the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
- Unwrap the salmon and the vegetables
- Serve them on a plate with the cooked jasmine rice
- Cut small pieces of spring onion to put over the rice and salmon
- Add a bit of lime juice over the rice and salmon

Pick up our Keohane's of Bantry Salmon Fillets from your local and enjoy this delicious recipe at home!

What you will need:
- Keohane's of Bantry Salmon Fillets (160g)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2/3 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 190ºC /180ºC Fan/ Gas Mark 5
- Remove salmon fillets from packaging
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper & lemon juice together
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the garlic herb mixture onto the salmon (coat well)
- Allow to cook for 12-15 minutes (or until piping hot throughout)
- Serve with some fresh baby potatoes & veg or on a bed of rice/noodles
- Dish out & Enjoy!
