Find the blessings in all that happen in your life even in the hard days.
Yesterday I woke up with no voice at all .I had an appointment to do blood tests. I was fasting for 13 hours and I though is going to be quick. I wait patiently for 45 minutes. I start to fell bit frustrated a angry. So I ask God/Universe what should I do? I hear "stand up for yourself" so with no voice I ask what's going on, and I told I was not feeling so well. I was told was a delay to wait few more minutes. I sit down, and an hour passes and I was Felling upset so I ask again and told her I Don't mind book for another day,I was feeling unwell and was not fare be there in that conditions. She went talk with nurse and 2 minutes she call me to the blood tests. I didn't want complain or anything I understand this situations can happen but I was proud that I could actually "stand up for my self"
Later in the afternoon I just fell down the stairs with my daughter behind me. I try to use my voice to ask for help, and my daughter run to my husband. At beginning I wasn't sure if I wanted help or go to hospital. But then I realize that was my lesson. Ask and accept help when you need it.
And I feel blessed to have so much support and love from my family and I am happy with my self that I could tell what I was feeling l.
