Christmas Community Spirit Cork
In 2020 lets share the Christmas spirit with nursing home residents who are missing their families and friends.
There was such an overwhelming response to the collection of gifts in the community centre last Saturday morning we were able to share them with a number of different organisations in the community All the gifts were distributed today. They were given to St Luke's nursing home, Beaumont residential care centre, Share, Sheares Street and to Cope Deer park and to Edel house women's refuge. A huge thank you to everyone for your generosity. Wishing you all happy Christmas and best wishes for the new year
Can't believe the generosity in Ballinlough, we're floored!

Had a great chat with Lorraine O'Donovan of An Garda Síochána who was very supportive and enthusiastic about making this happen in Cork
Inspired by Cork can share the Christmas spirit with nursing home residents. With the support of the Garda Community Officer share pictures, letters and gifts with our elders who cannot be with family this Christmas.
