Emergency Door Repair over Lockdown

A cold morning and starting the car in 1st gear resulted in this double teak door set getting blown in damaging the door rebates and lock security and hinges.

CWC lads sorted the door/frame and made lock secure again restoring alarm sensors.
Ciaran Mannix the (gifted) Decorator made it look like it never even happened.

Customer had rain water entering building underneath door degrading floor.

20mm Channel cut and smoothed over , filled with aquaflex to help guide water down to the drain faster.

Incorrect installation of outlet on a recently new extension meant the felt broke down bringing water inside.

New felt brought out to flush with pipe and covered in an Acryflex waterproof coating.

Owners son came out to heat up his car and forgot it was in 1st gear 👀🙈

Re-fitted Doors secured them with new locks and now alarm working again 💪.
