Kids are almost back to school, that went fast!!

The third and final of my curry pastes, the green! This one took time testing to get it 100% right, and boy if boy is it a good one!

I've had a few people try this at home making their green Thai curry's and they have all said its the best Thai curry they've ever had! I'll take tht as a YES!

Keep an eye out for when all 3 pastes become available in store over the next few weeks!!

The 2nd of my organic curry pastes launching in a few weeks. The colours are so vibrant, and the aroma is unreal! These pastes will transform your dish and leave everyone's mouth watering!

Elderflower Season is here!

You'll find them growing everywhere!

I make my syrup and use it in baking, as a cordial, in cocktails, and it's so easy to make!

Today, I made an elderflower syrup cake with elderflower cream and topped it with some wild edible flowers for the deli. So delicious! Pop in and get yours.

A fab day yesterday for Ringaskiddy Community Centre first Christmas Market. An amazing turnout and so well organised by the fabulous committee.

Delighted to be part of the first Christmas market Ringaskiddy Community Centre

I'll be serving Mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies and loads of fabulous Irish produce for sale on the stall!

We will also be turning on the Village Christmas Tree lights just after 5pm🌲

We are looking forward to seeing everyone from 2-5pm 🎅🌲

We are back with one final wine tasting for 2023! This one is a special one. Fionnuala from Wine Shed West Cork will go through a number of wines and bubbles that are great for Christmas without breaking the bank! We will also be serving some amazing Irish cheeses that will be in our Christmas cheese boxes.

All guests will get 10% discount on any pre orders made on the night.
