Orange cheesecake “Angel’s tears”
In the 20th century a French chef before a wedding, prepared a gift for his love - a cheesecake. He brought his masterpiece, covered with a lid to the church. When the young people said vows to each other the groom presented the gift to the bride. Everyone liked the dessert so much that it was named after its property, the caramel tears that formed during baking - “Angel’s tears” cake.
