What does it mean to give and receive from the heart?

Giving and receiving are fundamental to life. Both are necessary for the other to
exist.
Giving can mean many things. Giving a smile to someone who passes you, offering to open a door, or consciously giving your undivided attention to someone. When we slow down and notice the act of giving and, more importantly, that it comes from the heart, we then open ourselves to receiving more.

We may sometimes find it challenging to receive. Even the little things such as a sincere compliment or overlooking a genuine smile, but all these little things, create a bigger picture.

Do you find it easier to give? Is receiving difficult for you? Well, we need both to be in a state of balance. Giving and receiving are not separate. It's a coin with two sides and equal importance.

How does one get into receiving mode? It can be reached through meditation, music that feeds your soul, connecting with like-minded people in a space that welcomes all parts of yourselves.

By getting into the receiving mode it can help you reset and quiet your mind so that you are more open to receiving thoughts that come from source energy rather than the conscious mind.

This workshop has been designed to raise your vibration by tapping into a state of oneness through gentle meditation, angel cards, and joyous laughter, where your inner child can express innocence and bliss through creativity.

What a week, week 3 of 6!
A wonderful evening we had working on our group mural image for 
Cork Penny Dinners. The space was filled with such lovely people. Participants from younger to
older touched my heart. The room was ALIVE💫🫶 Creating, exchanging, and
assisting one another. Until next week, my friends 🎨🖼✨️

A gathering of beautiful souls allowed us to plant 700 native trees.🌳 I felt very lucky to be
there among such kind people. I am very appreciative of the land, , and for welcoming us. It was a day full of kindness, and new life. 💫

A space of pure happiness, joy, and imagination. It builds reciprocity to always ask permission before entering her landscape, where a ceremony of thanks and love was given. She inspired me to follow my inner child's curiosity to places where ecological art was created by other souls in the landscape. I was inspired to make eco-art with recycled materials as well as with naturally occurring materials that presented themselves by always respecting and seeking permission before working with Mother Nature. While holding the intention of LOVE, the ripple effect expands throughout all of us who exist in nature.
