Step Into Summer - A morning filled with wonderful healthy experiences at Innishannon House Hotel 🧘‍♀️

We will start the morning with Tai Chi Qigong with the wonderful Pam Skinner of Universal Energy Arts & Yogi Child Academy. Suitable for all abilities. This will be followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast prepared by our chef.

Then we will have an inspirational workshop with Aislinn Cambridge on mindset and manifestation, and Jenniffer O'Callghan, Nutritional Therapist & health Coach, will give a food demonstration on nutritious seasonal foods.

We will end the day with a beautiful meditation designed to plant the seed for the future you wish to attract and bring peace of mind. A few other surprises are in store on the day to treat you to an amazingly unique experience!
