First frozen yogurt shop to open in Cork City
This summer, Cork city will get a new treat: a brand new self-service frozen yogurt shop in Castle street (between St. Patrick’s Street and North Main Street) called FROYO.
Although, Ireland is not the hottest country in the world, Irish people love their ice cream and frozen treats. In the past few decades, an alternative to normal ice cream has emerged from icy dessert depths: “Frozen Yogurt” or simply “FroYo” as many people call it. This tasty treat is often considered as a more health-conscious option thanks to its lower sugar, fat, and carbohydrate content. In addition, FroYo is a fantastic dessert for those with lactose allergies!
The shop built and run by Irish business man Kevin Crowley, will offer a wide variety of flavours and dozens of toppings to choose from.
The shop offers a self-serving experience where kids and adults can choose their froyo flavour and toppings themselves and simply pay at the till when done.
