An elegant black and red cake with gold accents I made for a dear friend. She is a passionate chef and loves dancing so I wanted to tie in her passions in a feminine and elegant sweet creation.

This tall cake is the equivalent of 3 × 8 inches cakes and to satisfy everyone I made a:
⭐ black forrest at the top
⭐ caramel and chocolate in the middle
⭐ moist vanilla cake at the base.

It is finished in swiss buttercream and textured with chocolate velvet glaze.

One of my favourite cakes so far!
🍰 Raspberry and Pistachio Cake

This must be a match made in heaven not only flavourwise but texture wise. It's so silky smooth but yet crunchy amd crumbly moist at the same time.

The layers in it are as follows:
⭐ Moist pistachio sponge cake
⭐ Crunchy almond crumble
⭐ Silky smooth aspberry curd
⭐ Fluffy cheesecake
⭐ Tingling raspberry jelly
