The voice I was hearing inside my head was a voice that I was very familiar with, a one that was always there for me and always put me on the right path, but it was a voice I didn’t fully know or trust yet but it came at the time that I needed it the most.
Vibration and Frequency Simplified.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy".
The person receiving the Reiki during the treatment draws the amount of energy that they need, not from their conscious mind but a higher part which knows what is best for them and also decides how to use the energy. Reiki works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, as well as covering all the glands, organs and main energy center of the body.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki enhances the body’s own innate ability to heal itself on all levels. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.
Contrary to belief Reiki is NOT a Religion.
Once you book an appointment, the energy starts to work and healing starts taking place, this explains how sometimes when the appointment comes up, you feel like you don’t need it.
Reiki was used in operating rooms as early as the mid 90’s. Professional Sports Clubs employ Reiki practitioners to help athletes to recover more quickly from injuries, surgeries and to enhance performance.
The Reiki practitioner only acts as a channel for the energy to flow.

Take back your power…
Testimonial - Thank You ❤️🙏
Typically, I refrain from soliciting or sharing reviews for my one-on-one sessions. This reluctance stems from my own view that people who come to me deserve and need privacy.
Like any profession, (I love what I do so I don’t really count it as a job) but there are moments when I forget the impact that I can have or the reasons behind doing what I do. It’s natural to question oneself from time to time. However, receiving a text like this serves as a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.
It reignites my enthusiasm and assists me in realigning with myself. I am deeply appreciative of the individuals I have the honor to encounter and the confidence they bestow upon me to support them along their way. 🙏

The one thing in life that we are gaurenteed is the one thing that we fear….
Perceptions….

Don’t ask yourself if they like you.
Ask yourself why you should value their opinion.
Take the mind out of it…..
Stress is a ubiquitous part of modern life, affecting people of all ages and backgrounds. While external factors such as work deadlines, financial pressures, or relationship issues often seem to be the primary sources of stress, it is essential to recognize that stress is primarily an internal response to these external stimuli.
At its core, stress is the body’s natural response to perceived threats or challenges, triggering a cascade of physiological and psychological reactions aimed at helping us cope with or overcome the perceived danger. This response, often referred to as the “fight or flight” response, involves the release of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol, which prepare the body to either confront the threat or flee from it.
However, the way individuals interpret and respond to external stressors varies greatly from person to person, highlighting the internal nature of stress. What may be a minor inconvenience to one person could be a significant source of stress for another, depending on their unique experiences, beliefs, and coping mechanisms.
Furthermore, individuals often exacerbate their stress through internal processes such as rumination, negative self-talk, and perfectionism. Dwelling on past mistakes or worrying about future events can magnify the perceived severity of stressors and prolong the body’s stress response, leading to chronic stress and its associated health consequences.
