Our friends over at @crawfordartgallery have an Inportant Announcement to share 📢 "Crawford Art Gallery will close to the public on the evening of Sunday 22 September as we embark on our significant Capital Redevelopment project, Transforming Crawford Art Gallery. Transforming Crawford Art Gallery is part of Project Ireland 2040, in partnership with the tourism.culture.gaeltacht. This ambitious initiative, designed by the award-winning @graftonarchitects in partnership with @opwireland, will significantly enhance our facilities and expand our offerings for the future. The exciting redevelopment will expand our overall space by 50%, introduce a new top-floor gallery with stunning views of Cork, offer state of the art storage for the collection, a new Learn and Explore facility, restore the historic Customs House entrance, add extensive new visitor facilities and all complemented with new landscaping. The annual IDI Graduate Awards are now open for entries. The IDI Graduate Design Awards were created to recognise and reward outstanding and innovative design by new designers at the beginning of their creative careers. Graduates of colleges that have up to date IDI membership can enter as many times as they like for FREE! NOTE: All CCAD students have FREE entry as MTU Cork have institutional membership.
