This is a renovation of a renovation. Some so called renovation company took this on last october and it leaked from day one.

We came in and fixed everything ftom bad Plumbing, Electrical and Tiling.

Finished to a high standard and i went a bit over kill with the waterproofing for peace of mind i did so.

Another one over the line.

Ensuite and bathroom finished off in Castleheights Carrifaline.

Both rooms look fab👌👌

White Subway with black grout this turned out great.

Ensuite renovation in Brightwater Crosshaven

Ensuite finished in Janevile. Gold tile trim to finish the window. 👌👌

Blue grout and Silicone used and the result is fantastic.

We do the smaller jobs that need doing too. Thanks to the owner for finished look photo this one turned out Great 👌

Floor ia a big 1200x600 tile. It looks fantastic

We had to help out a customer in in carrigaline. He got unlucky with his recomendation. The person that did the job had no clue on what to do.

Not what you want in a new house.

Bad layout of tile prepwork was non existant used differnt addhesives and tile trim. It was horrendous.

We came along to inspect it and our recomendation was to tear it all out and start again the right way

This bathroom was leaking from day 1 back in 2006. Lukily there was an extra layer of flooring that prevented a complete disaster.

The entire shower base had rotted away to dust. And because of the leak back mold had setin.

So we were tasked with a big repair witg this one, Using white tile makes it moden and clean.👌👌

Repair of a step. A builder put on an extra 50mm base and it failed so we took it back down and used a quick setting repair cemnt. The result speaks for its self 👍

Old floor broght in to the next centuary and this should out last the old floor.

Possibly the worst floor we have ever come across.

30 bags of leveling compound and movement matting were required to get this floor to a high standard and it looks fantastic with plenty of tlc
