Update on mum and baby yoga classes

I am returning to work myself after my own maternity leave with our daughter, so the class will be on a Sunday morning. More details to follow but if you are interested please do not hesitate to contact.

I am opening up this class to both the birthing and non-birthing parent, where both parents or either or parents will join. This will be a mixed class of a gentle flow to help stretch the body so no previous experience required and we will finish the class off with a little play and stretch and sing song with baby.

New pregnancy yoga starting tonight at 6:15 pm Douglas Yoga Centre

Why should you practice pregnancy yoga? There are so many reasons!

Take an hour and a bit out of your busy week just to slow down, stretch and relax. Feel more connected to yourself and Baby. Feel grounded. Feel more energetic. Feel a sense of relief and ease from the discomfort of pregnancy. Feel more positive , and confident about labour and birth, this transition into motherhood, this expansion of your family.

Suitable from 14 weeks right up to and over 40 weeks pregnancy. I have all the equipment there, in person and zoom is available. Price per class is €15 or €75 for six consecutive weeks. Recordings of the class are also available.

Happy New Year everyone !

First I just want to thank all my clients for once again supporting me in 2023. As always it was an honour and a privilege to watch both my mums and bumps and then babies blossom on the mat each week. It was a blessing for me to finally be able to bring my little octopus to the mum and baby classes after a 6 year struggle with infertility.

Pregnancy yoga with resume on the 8th Jan at 6:15pm both in person and over zoom. Spaces are available but limited.

Mum and Baby classes are on hold as I am returning to my full time job but I plan to start a new Parent and Baby class this year! My husband was on leave with me for 7 months and joined a few of the mum and baby classes (with permission from my mums) and loved it. Made me realise there isn’t much out there for both parents to do something with baby postnatally so I’m opening up the class to mom, dad or both parents and baby to join the class.

Wishing us all a beautiful and joyful 2024 making the best of memories with our kiddos

So cute to see my little babies in their Halloween outfits and we also had 3 generations of a beautiful family at yoga today , Nan, Mum&Baby and of course Bryan joined too 💀👻🎃

With the permission of my wonderful mums and baby group we opened up the class for dad and baby last Tuesday. The last few months made me realise with Bryan on parental leave with us there wasn’t much out there for the family to do together.

With that said we are opening up our Tuesday morning class to Family yoga ! So if partner or dad or auntie or uncle or anyone is minding your little one and they would like to do some yoga come along !!!!! Tuesdays at 11:30am Douglas Yoga Centre
