Meet Cork chef Martin Buckley, together with his husband David, he owns the award-winning Lifeboat Inn Courtmacsherry, in West Cork.

Martin's dishes focus on wholesome classics featuring local ingredients, that sustainably support Irish farmers, fishermen and food producers.

Well known social media as , where the couple have gained a strong online following, posting cooking videos and providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the hard work and passion that goes into managing a successful hospitality business.

Our annual fundraising Coffee Morning will take place on Saturday 22nd July from 10am to 12noon in the garden of The Lifeboat Inn Courtmacsherry. Souvenirs will be for sale on the day.
