Classes have started... I like to get off the mark promptly in September! But there's still time to join a class, we only really get going in the second week. Spaces available in Bantry, Skibbereen, Leap and Ballydehob. Beginners welcome in most of the classes!

Autumn is in the air, apples on the trees... must be time to get back to to some regular Yoga practice!

A couple of changes to my teaching schedule this year, with Ballydehob classes moving to Wednesday eve and a new group in Leap. Here's the full timetable:

Tuesdays 7pm Beginners/all levels
Ballyddehob Community Hall: Wednesdays 6.30pm
Skibbereen Riverside Studio: Wednesdays 8.30pm
Leap Parish Hall: Thursdays 6.30pm

All Classes resume week beginning 4th September. Cost 75e for 6-week term, drop in by arrangement only but you're welcome to check out the first class before committing to the full block!

Are you looking forward to resuming your Yoga practice after the summer break? I certainly am! All the regular classes resume next week: Mondays 10am, Tues 7pm Bantry; Wed 6.30pm Rosscarbery, 8.30pm Skibbereen; Thursday 6pm Ballydehob. &pm Bantry class and Rosscarbery class are both full, few spaces left in Skibb and Bantry Monday and definitely looking for more people to join the Ballydehob class! Timewise, this class is currently 6pm but I'm open to changing that if it suited more people.
