This is helpful if you suffer from Back Pain. I made a fifteen minute video, showcasing Constructive Rest position, a little breath work and two go to simple movements if you suffer from back pain. I recommend you save this post (if you’re curious and/or if you suffer from back pain), and when you have time and space, lay in front of the fire or any where that is warm and cozy and follow along with this short practice. Then apply it, a few minutes everyday and see what happens. The proof is in the pudding as they say. It’s also a an example of how I would teach a somatics class. My t-shirt is a bit flimsy and sometimes my belly pops out 😲. It’s a middle aged belly, and I’m going to own it with love. My daughter says It Is where I store all my love. Which is a sweet thought 🥰 Maybe someday I might get into the whole transition it is that woman pass through in our Middle Ages. Not today though. I will be starting a new five week series on Monday evening at 6.30 June 24th and on Friday mornings at 11.15 on June 21st. All in the lovely @the_studio_spillers_lane. I filled my own cup, joining Brian Siddartha for a weekend to do the smallest, gentlest, slowest movement, and honestly…I think I have been on a high since. The embodied sense of ease, and remembering our body knows how to heal itself when we get quiet and still, when we meet what is within and feel and allow, the whole experience has me loved up 💚🙌💕
