Planning a wedding can be stressful at times, so I was incredibly thankful to receive the above review and know that as their wedding florist, I had helped make the couples' wedding day less stressful.
To enjoy the planning process as well as the wedding day, I believe that tβs all about staying focused on what truly matters.
'What matters' will vary from couple to couple, but here are some things that I believe are worth thinking about.
**Love and Commitment:** The core of the day should be about the love shared between partners and the commitment they are making to each other.
**Family and Friends:** Celebrating with loved ones who support the couple and share in their joy should be a top priority.
**Meaningful Ceremony:** A personalized ceremony that reflects the couple's values, beliefs, and love story can make the day feel special and significant.
**Memorable Moments:** Creating unforgettable memories, whether through heartfelt vows, laughter, or shared experiences, is what many couples will cherish for years to come.
**Authenticity:** Staying true to themselves and their vision for the day, rather than succumbing to pressures or expectations from others.
**Joy and Celebration:** Fostering a joyful atmosphere where everyone can celebrate together, enjoying the food, music, and atmosphere.
**Gratitude:** Acknowledging and appreciating the effort of everyone involved, from family to vendors, who helped make the day possible.
**Flexibility:** Being open to the unexpected, as not everything may go as planned, but the focus should remain on the love and joy of the day.
If this is helpful, please save or share with a couple that you know who are getting married.

Words can not express what a joy it was for me to work with, the lovely bride Aine and her bridesmaids (who were also her sisters) in the lead up to her wedding day.
From our initial meeting, a giddy sense of fun, excitement, and most importantly, sisterly love and comradery existed.
As in every walk of life, good people who support you and your dreams are a treasure. On your wedding day and in the lead up to it, surround yourself with people who will make your journey as enjoyable and memorable as it possibly can be.
Thank you, Aine, for choosing me to be a part of your dayπ I wish you lots of love, joy, and happiness together β€οΈ

It's mid-September, and we're currently enjoying glorious sunny weather here in Ireland. π Happy days! π
September is also quite a special month for me because as well as being a floral designer, I am also a flower farmer. and many of my favourite garden blooms are in season and in abundance at this time of the year. πΊπΏ
Delightfully scented garden roses, vibrant coloured dahlias, scabiosa, strawflowers, ammi, and the gorgeous dual coloured pink and orange berries were just some of the ingredients used to create the above bouquet.
Many thanks to who, came to Ireland and offered a workshop on sustainable floristry methods to members. Sabine shared her knowledge and expertise. and many gorgeous bouquets table centrepieces and floral arches were created. No floral foam and only Irish grown flowers were used over the course of the 2 days.
If you, or somebody you know, would like a wedding bouquet made up of sustainably grown Irish flowers, contact me or one of the many flower farmers of Ireland members who are scattered all over country.
