St Patricks National School, Lurgbrack, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
This new modular classroom building for St Patricks National School was completed earlier in March. The 84sqm modular building consisted of one large classroom with one standard size WC and one access for all WC, complete with a draft entrance lobby.
Our team at MBC provided the complete Turnkey package to the school. The building was finished to a high standard, high level of insulation, 9ft floor to ceiling height, an entire airtight membrane installed as standard, air condition unit for heating and cooling. The building achieved an A2 BER rating.

Construction Industry Federation(CIF) Galway Branch Gala Dinner 2022
As Chairman of the Construction Industry Federation, Donegal Branch, Dermot Gildea, I want to thank Tara Flynn, Chairperson and the CIF Galway Branch, for their invitation to attend this event on the 11th March. It was a great event and provided an opportunity to meet and network with other professionals from the construction industry.

Scoil an Linbh Iosa, Killymard, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal
This new modular building was completed in early December 2021.
It consists of 2 number Set rooms, with access for all WC, the building is highly insulated, has as standard Air condition units for heating & cooling, and finished to a high standard.

Scoil Fhionain, Falcarragh Co Donegal.
This modular classroom building for Scoil Fhionain Falcarragh was complete for the school year in September 2021. The 126sqm modular building consisted of 2 classrooms with a WC in each room and access for all WC in the entrances hallway to serve both classrooms. MBC provide the complete Turnkey package to the school. The building has been finished to a high standard, high level of insulation, an entire airtight membrane installed as standard, air condition units for heating and cooling. The building achieved an A2 BER rating.

St Columba's College Stranorlar.
Contract carried out over the tight time frame of the summer holiday period at St Columba’s College. Works consisted of removing and replacing all the 126 internal doors & door frames in the entire school building and installing new 30 & 60-minute fire doors in red Formica finish and hardwood door frames. The installation of compartment firewalls in attic spaces, replacing fire alarm system in the entire building and the construction of an access entrances porch with additional exit doors.
Thanks to all involved a lot of work carried out in a short time period.

This is one of our recently completed modular buildings at Gealcholaiste na Mara in Arklow Co Wicklow for Kildare and Wicklow Education Board. The modular building was built on site as the only access to the school site was via a low railway bridge which restricted us from using our normal steel frame modular buildings which are constructed offsite. This modular building was designed to the client’s specification, with a high standard of finishes and achieved A2 BER rating.
