Great news! Due to cancellations, we now have some spots available for our next workshop on Saturday 20th January at Arnolds Hotel Dunfanaghy from 10am to 1pm.

Sian will kick off the morning making traditional Wheaten Bread and a healthy heart warming seasonal soup, with lots of tips and tricks on how to make tasty soups and breads all year round.

Cindy will introduce you to the wonderful world of chocolate, by delving into its history, production, and taste, giving you an unparalleled understanding of this decadent treat and the many health benefits of bean to bar chocolate. Cindy will use her cacao nibs to make a gorgeous flavourful granola to top your porridge or yoghurt for a healthier breakfast and then how to make the granola into granola bars for a gorgeous snack.

Last but not least, Cindy from Coco Milis, is passionate about creating bean-to-bar chocolate that is truly exceptional. Located in Burtonport, County Donegal, she takes great pride in her meticulous approach to crafting chocolate entirely from scratch. Cindy's workshops equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to create their unique chocolate truffles. From tempering chocolate to infusing flavours, participants get to experiment with different ingredients and techniques while creating their chocolate truffle masterpieces. The workshops offer a fun, informative, and immersive experience, making it an ideal activity for chocolate enthusiasts to indulge in.
