US ecommerce giant Grainger.com worked with our US partner Snap36 to increase online conversions by 47% with 360 photo. The 360 view also addresses 3 out of 4 of the top issues measured in Grainger’s customer product information feedback survey of which the top 4 were- (1) More Product Information (2) More Product Images and number (3) Product Cannot be Found and (4) Incorrect//Misleading Images.

If ever you wondered the importance of visuals in purchase, take a look this new move from Asos. The new visual search tool in their App basically allows us to "Shazam" clothing we see around us!
With a single tap, customers will be able to take a quick photograph of something they see someone wearing – and task the search tool to find similar products. Users can also upload photographs from their camera roll, such as a photograph they took previously or a screenshot from social media, and search for products that look the same.
