Last Saturday at Narin Strand, it felt like summer had arrived early. Many people enjoying walks on both Naran and Castlegoland beach with the access now restored. A farmer successfully moving sheep from Inishkeel island to the mainland at low tide, insuring safe passage for the flock. (see first comment).

💚💛 Narin Beach, Portnoo, County Donegal 💚💛 Sunset over Narin beach with some beautiful colours around this time of the year.
One of the nicest beaches in Ireland! This is a fabulous blue flag beach. A beautiful setting looking out towards Inishkeel Island. When the tide is low one can walk from Narin out to the island.
The beach is popular for walking, swimming, kite flying and it is known as a very clean and beautiful beach. A beautiful beach for walking for families to spend time together and for dog walkers. It doesn't matter what the weather is , this beach is still beautiful. The scenery is truly breathtaking.
Narin & Portnoo Golf Club is a Championship 18 Hole Links Golf Course with fantastic views that has seen a major redesign and upgrade over the past few years by Philadelphia based golf course Architect Gil Hanse.
County Donegal is most definitely worth a visit and has copious amounts of tourist attractions and adventures including Kayaking, Fishing, Surfing, Blue Flag and Golden Beaches, Offshore Islands, Walking, Championship Links Golf and much more.
