𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Act as the main point of contact for some clients. This will involve orders, liaising with third party suppliers and handling the day-to-day queries.
- Management of the CRM system ensuring all leads and opportunities are up to date.
- Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team in managing new and existing accounts.
- Responsible for submitting timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Participate in training programmes offered by the company.
- Engage in continuous performance evaluation and training projects.
- Administration duties for Health & Safety.
- Completing Ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- Must have previous sales administration experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite and some experience with SalesForce.
- You should have a flexible attitude and be able to work under pressure.
