Meet the team!
This is Joe…
Education: I went to school in Terenure college in Dublin and I am currently in my final year of commerce in UCD.
Fun Fact: I have now been to Manchester three times to see my favourite club, Manchester United play. I have yet to see them win. Pain. Although I did get to see Rooney score at old Trafford which was a positive.
Favourite place you have visited: my favourite place that I have visited is probably Milan. The city is unbelievable and the weather was great. Nothing but great memories from my trip there.
QOTD- if you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?
Looking to visit a city steeped in culture, under the sun with bustling nightlife without breaking the bank? Look no further than Lisbon.
The Algarve region is generally the first place that comes to mind when we think of student holidays and exciting nightlife in Portugal, however we feel that the country’s capital of Lisbon is a perfect city break for young people looking to travel on a budget.
With its great weather and food, beautiful buildings and historic sites, and excess of brilliant bars and nightclubs the city has a lot to offer, and just so happens to be one of the cheapest cities to visit in Western Europe.
For more information be sure to check out our blog post “Lisbon: A City on the Rise for Student Travel” by clicking the link below and learn more about what this city has to offer.

Continuing with our Meet the Team! ✌🏼
Let’s introduce you to Aurora…
Education: I am currently undertaking an International Business degree at University of Birmingham with a year abroad at University College Dublin.
Fun fact: I was born in Birmingham but grew up for 13 years in Marbella, Spain! However despite living in sunny Spain I couldn’t stay away from Birmingham and moved back at 19 for college (so I know all the best spots to recommend to students!).
Favourite place you have visited: When it comes to Birmingham, my favourite place within the city is without a doubt Digbeth. There is a great vibe all around and some of the most fun pubs and clubs, I highly recommend visiting one called Deadwax.
QOTD – What is your favourite thing to do on a city break?
If the hussle and bussle of a city is more your type of holiday then look no further!
A must visit destination for students is Birmingham.
With plenty of sightseeing to do by day and endless entertainment by night, you can take a trip to the UK’s second city without having to pay extortionate amounts like in another major cities around the country.
For more information on what to see and do, check out our blog post linked below “Why Birmingham Should Be On Your Bucket List” and we’re sure you’ll be wanting to pack your bags and go.

Meet the Team!!✌🏻
We are going to help you guys get to know us better by each team member providing a short get-to-know them post
First up, lets introduce you to Molly…
Education: I completed my education in Limerick Tutorial College and I am currently in my final year of Commerce.
Fun fact: I used to live in a place called Sol de Mallorca in Mallorca and I am fluent Spanish… My family still live over there and so I often use that excuse to make a trip over! 🇪🇸
Favourite place you have visited: Hmm that’s a tricky one! I would probably have to say Capri in Italy. The views from the top of the island are stunning, as is the little gondola you ride to get to the top. Also, the gelato there is to die for! 🍦
QOTD - What Ice-cream Flavour would you get if you found yourself in Capri? (Hint: Theres a famous Capri flavour called ‘Capri Fantasy’ - a mixture of cream, almonds and Nutella)🌰🍫
Looking for the perfect Spring getaway? Look no further!! Sunny Palma de Mallorca is the spot for you 🤩🏝
