Time to start the Slow Cleaning / Detox plan
One teaspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate ( bread soda ) in warm water first thing in the morning and last @ night.
This will lower acid levels and gently clean out colon. Do this 5 days on and 5 days off for 3 sets.
If possible cut out Alcohol/Caffeine/Sugar and drink 3ltrs water per day. Some mind and body exercises to follow
