Introducing Little Red's Vegan Shredded Tofu Tacos 🌮

These really took Taco Thursday to another level last night. 🔥

Ingredients & recipe below:

400g x Super Firm Tofu
4 x tablespoons Little Reds Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 x teaspoon garlic powder
1 x teaspoon smoked paprika
1 x teaspoon cumin
Pinch of salt

Shred Tofu and add to a baking dish. Add seasonings and Chipotle BBQ. Mix well & bake for 15 mins at 220c degrees. Stir halfway through

For the toppings:

Shredded romaine lettuce
Chopped jalapeno
Pickled red onion

(Chop one whole red onion lengthways. Add to a jar with a teaspoon of white sugar, 2 x tablespoons white wine vinegar. Fill to the top with cold water. Refrigerate for 20 mins minimum)

Once tofu has baked add 2 x tablespoons Little Reds Everyday Hot Sauce

Use to top a warmed corn or flor tortilla and add a few drops of Little Reds Everyday Hot Sauce.
