Eamonn owns this stunning low-mileage ( 136k kms ) 1989 Mitsubishi Galant VR4. This pristine car has to be seen to be believed and it looks and feels like it just came in from J*pan yesterday.

Eamonn's car had a stock original exhaust system which was over-silenced and very quiet. The factory CAT was still in place too.

Following detailed discussions with Eamonn we decided to delete the CAT and start the new exhaust system just below the upper section of the downpipe.

The new ExhaustWorx system sounds great and is very good for power and torque in the 63mm (2.5") Bore and the large Longlife stainless steel silencer box is a free flowing design too.

Andy brought this stunning 2004 Audi TT VR6 to us recently. His car is a rare 3.2L naturally aspirated model and has a 6 speed manual gearbox with quattro drivetrain. A raw and potent engine and gearbox combo for such a small car :)

Andy's car is in fantastic condition but his car's original exhaust system was badly rusted and starting to fall apart and leak ....

We got Andy over for an Initial Exhaust inspection to measure up silencers boxes and then we ordered the correct silencer boxes for the job. This was a critical part of the process as Andy's car has very limited room underneath the car with the small chassis and full quattro setup..

The stainless steel silencer boxes arrived to us 10 days later and we took Andy's TT for a day and completed his new exhaust system to a high standard.
The exhaust system looks and sounds fantastic and has a lovely sharp exhaust note that is not loud or overpowering..

Our customer brought this stunning 2008 Audi S8 to us to change the look and the sound of the Milltek exhaust system that was on the car .

These amazing cars have a Thumping 5.2L V10 engine and sound unbelievable with the correct exhaust mods. The Milltek soundtrack was too timid and the exhaust tips were too small and stuck out to much.

We started with deleting the small backboxes and fitting much bigger staggered TIP040 3.5" Exhaust tips which look so much better in the rear bumper and do not stick out like the old exhaust tips...

Wayne brought this absolutely stunning Lancia Delta Integrale to us recently for an exhaust system and all we can say is WOW! What an amazing car!
Wayne's friend Pearce has a Lancia Delta Integrale that we did an ExhaustWorx system on last year and Wayne was very impressed by this job and reached out to us for an Exhaust system on his car ;)

We love working on special cars like this and it was great to build Wayne a special exhaust system to suit his Lancia Delta Integrale.

Michael owns this beautiful restored Honda Integra DC2 SiR. The car was finished and driving great for him but he could not get the car to pass NCT emissions test.
Before he came to us he had already changed the CAT and the Lambda sensor and still the car would not pass emissions test.

Michael wanted to get the car to pass emissions test as his priority but also to upgrade the exhaust system at the same time as the old aftermarket exhaust system was tired and was very loud.

We got the car up on our ramp and quickly identified that there was multiple leaks and problems with both his exhaust manifold and exhaust system and both needed to be replaced.

Here is what we did:
- New exhaust manifold gasket
- New SRS Exhaust manifold with bigger TypeR output fl**ge
- New Type R Decat
- Refl**ged his CAT to Type R spec fl**ges
- ExhaustWorx Cat-Back exhaust system in 57mm Bore with 2 silencer boxes
- TIP052 exhaust tip
- Emissions test when job completed

When the job was finished , we test drove the car and the car now has a lovely mild sport sound before VTEC and an aggressive sports sound in VTEC! Best of both worlds!
And the car immediately passed the emissions test when we got it tested.

Michael was delighted with the job we done for him as his car is faster now, not too loud and most importantly passes emissions test now.

Jack is a previous customer of our ExhaustWorx Department and in 2022 he brought his stunning hill-climb Dimma Peugeot 205 GTi to us.
This time he came to us with his road car and it was again another Peugeot 205 GTi ;)

Jack's original exhaust system was in poor condition and he wanted to get a stainless steel replacement without it being too loud on the road.

The trick to doing this is to use 2 full size Longlife silencer boxes to control the exhaust sound effectively. Also remember our silencer boxes are a free flowing design to improve power and torque on all cars.

Jack also went for a lovely turn-down exhaust tip which keeps the look of the exhaust original…

We are closed tomorrow Tuesday 7th of May and will reopen on Wednesday 8th of May @ 08.30 in the morning.

Long-term customer Jack brought his stunning JDM Audi A3 Saloon to us a few weeks ago for a quad rear exhaust section incl backbox delete. Jack's car had a simple type rear diffuser with a twin exhaust tip on the left hand side, that we were able to modify trim this diffuser to give us a cutout on the right hand side too.

This is an effective way of getting an aggressive sports sound from your car's original exhaust system without the cost of a new Full exhaust system or new diffuser.

Works especially well on the small Turbocharged petrol engines like Jack's lovely J*p Import Audi A3 saloon 1.4 TSi which sounds amazing !!
