Can you believe the CHQ almost became a shopping center?
While searching for a commercial property, our founder Neville Isdell, stumbled upon the building by accident. He recognized its potential as a unique destination, as opposed to the common view of it becoming a high-end shopping center.
To solidify his big idea, the CHQ needed an anchor. And that is what led to the establishment of EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum.
Over the course of 11 years, Neville, his brother Mervyn, and the EPIC Team took a dream and turned it into a reality.
This is what can happen when you have courage, conviction, and community.
Just look at what the CHQ has become! And there’s still a lot of growth on the way….
