Halloween has arrived again. How fast time passes. www.shackrestaurant.ie
This is a true story of corporate bullying by . A company regulated by the Irish government who refused to interject. The did not uphold my complaint citing: “ adhered to the terms and conditions of supply”. T&C of supply were never the issue. I did not expect any government agency to go against this giant anyway.
There is no honour or integrity in government or corporate Ireland any longer.

Something you may not know about Saint Patrick's Day: Centuries before the concept of "global greening" emerged, the very first St. Patrick's Day parade took place not in Ireland but rather in a Spanish colony in modern-day Florida over 400 years ago. The Irish diaspora across the Atlantic initially marched in honour of the 5th-century bishop credited with bringing Christianity to Ireland.
March 17th is significant in the Irish folklore calendar as our patron saint of Ireland. We've observed Lá Fhéile Pádraig (St. Patrick's Day) with unique customs and rituals throughout the centuries. Legend has it that St. Patrick's remains are buried in Downpatrick. His carefully crafted image is intricately woven into the fabric of Ireland's story, and we owe the establishment of the "cult" of St. Patrick to the spin doctor Muirchú. This cleric lived two centuries after the saint's passing.
