Our Hostel is searching for a new receptionists who are able to deliver always excellent customer service. We want fun and kind people who love working with travellers! You need to be able to manage many different tasks at the same time and still be very friendly and kind with all our guests.

We expect you to be

✨ Responsible and multitasking
✨ Well organised, great time management
✨ Creative and pro-active
✨ Able to offer always top service, any help to our guests
✨ Engaged and interested, you are a hard worker
✨ Excellent with people, friendly and welcoming approach
✨ You are great at independent work, but you enjoy working in a team too
✨ Able to speak in Spanish and English (both on a high level)
✨ Spanish NIE

Expect check-ins, check-outs, working with reservations, emails, phones, all requests and questions, you will also work with Food and beverage between other tasks.

🌟Part-time position, 3 days a week rotative morning/afternoon/night shifts.
🌟Full time position, night shifts from 23:30 to 7:30h.

This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception.
