So finally im starting this hair treatment, not for fun but because of #alopecia #areata. Alopecia areata is a common #autoimmune #skin #disorder, causing hair loss on the scalp, face and sometimes on other areas of the body. With alopecia areata, your #hair follicles remain alive and hair can regrow at any time. My hair is starting to regrow but the color is white and the hairs are still very short. The treatment is meant for hair #growth #stimulation and to strengthen the hair. Early this year I had an #allergy and recieved treatment with #antibiotics which messed up my autoimmune system, along with #stress it caused the loss of patches of hair on several places on my body. This totally stressed me out even more which didnt help the situation. Recovery is very slow and patience is a must. #dermatologist asked if I ate enough #redmeat because my body was in need of proteins which were subtracted from the hair to put in organs where #protein was needed. So im on a redmeat #diet also to get as much protein in.. Well, I eat 100gr of redmeat per day and 100gr of salmon plus #whey and #bcaa because of regular #training. I will try to give updates about the #progress of my hair #growth. #fight against alopecia areata.
