Big well done to the Little Ryano's who competed in today's wrestling competition. Thanks to coaches for looking after the team today and all the massive amount of time and effort they put in to coaching

🚨🚨🚨 Team Ryano Academy finished No. 1 in the Irish Open 2023 🏆🏆🏆

We are very proud of all the kids who competed and all our coaches who put massive time, effort and passion into each training session.

It was particularly pleasing to perform so well on the day was recognised for his contribution to our sport on our island.

On to Grappling Industries at the end of the month.

Another superb day for all our Academy competitors and coaches at the Irish Open.

Our student of the week this week was Patrick from Academy 1. He's been working really hard and paying super attention to his coaches. Keep working hard Patrick, we're very proud of you.

Tonight was the last session for the team before they travel to the worlds in Wolverhampton this weekend.

We had great fun taking the boys and girls of Scoil Mhuire gan Smal Inchicore through some BJJ drills as part of the schools active week. Thanks for having us.
