Are you wondering how to apply for electives and how to get the most of them? Then this event is for you!
Have you registered to vote for the U.S. Midterm elections?
The elections will be held on Tuesday, 8 Nov 2022. All seats in the House of Representatives, 35 seats in the Senate and many other state and local positions will be contested.
You can vote in this election via absentee ballot by following these two steps:
Step 1: Submit a completed Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to your local election officials. They will send you a blank absentee ballot electronically or by mail.
Step 2. Complete and return the ballot so it arrives before your state's ballot return deadline OR
If you have not received your blank ballot 30 days before an election, use the Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot to vote.

Our EGM will be held on October 13th at 6:30 pm!
We are looking for one general committee member and one freshers rep to join the AMSA executive committee. To qualify for freshers rep, you must be an AMSA Member and either be a GEM1, FY or MED1 of the 5 year program. Any AMSA Member may apply for the general committee position.
Nominations for the two positions will open on the SLHQ on October 6th!

In addition to the main MyERAS® application, 16 specialties will use a supplemental ERAS® application during the ERAS 2023 season.
Specialties included:

On August 1, applicants who have initiated a MyERAS application will receive an email from the AAMC inviting them to complete the supplemental ERAS application. Applicants must complete and submit their responses before the September 16 at 5 p.m. ET application deadline. Supplemental ERAS applications submitted will be available to programs on September 28.
The RCSI Careers team has also offered help for students!
