I’m so lucky to be surrounded by amazing women, and one amazing little guy who is growing up to have respect & admiration for women, which I think is one of the most important thing we can teach our sons ❤️

My Mum is what I believe most people are talking about when they say a “boss!”
She is absolutely fierce, compassionate, incredibly strong & loyal, so so loyal!

I’m very lucky that my 2 girls have been born with all of these qualities, they are absolutely fierce, compassionate & incredibly strong already, and it’s my job to make sure they stay that way 💘

Still recruiting for the RCSI, 10 years after I got my PhD 🙈😬 I didn’t realise that they still use this photo after all these years, until a few people sent it to me today 🙈
The day of my PhD graduation, the RCSI photographer asked me would I mind letting him take a few photos, it was in front of so many people & I was MORTIFIED but it made my Mum so proud 🙈🥰
Kind of nice to see they are getting good use out of them 🤣 Surely I should be getting royalties or something 🤔👀🤣

Anyways it’s an amazing college that really look after their students, so if you’re thinking about it, do it 🙌

Aisling was going for a run.
She was simply going for a run, in broad daylight, in a public place & she still wasn’t safe 😔

I didn’t post about this yesterday because I couldn’t put it into words the heart break I feel, that we all feel, about this senseless loss of a beautiful woman’s life, she had her whole life ahead of her, and she should be here today going off to teach her 1st class children, planning her weekend with her family & friends 💔💔💔

We can’t go about our lives, our daughters can’t go about their lives being afraid, let’s educate our sons to make all women and girls feel safe.

I love this saying so much because It’s so true, anytime I felt lost or upset, it helped to know it wouldn’t last forever although it might feel like it at the time.
