Here the 3 versions of the GIGFY.

We have GA/562B by Wiltshaw & Robinson, which is Carltonware now.

Then there’s the 2nd version that has the 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 stout label number GA/562A, produced by Mintons Ltd. This is the rarest of the collection.

Then in the 1950s GA/A/562B was produced by Arklow Pottery. Always nice to have an irish made piece, no matter what it is.

It’s great to have them all in one place, as it took a while to find the GIGFY label version.

The numbers are very similar, so keep a good eye out for the correct ones.

C (1970s)

These weren’t widly used but were for a public house.

Has 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 Export on from Liverpool.

Has 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 stout for strength on which is an odd combination usually just GFS on.

This small glass only holds 250ml.

Tis a rare thing these days, so if you find one… nab it quick!

Here a rare little 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 Bloomsday Goblet

C (1990s) NFS

In top condition, to celebrate bloomsday in July.

So it says……

Bloomsday celebrates Thursday, June 16th 1904, the day immortalised in James Joyce’s 1922 novel Ulysses.

The day is named after Leopold Bloom, one of the novel’s protagonists.

Bloomsday is celebrated by Joyceans and admirers of literature across the globe.

It is one of Dublin’s largest festivals, boosting of nearly 100 separate events throughout the city and drawing in thousands of visitors from around the world.

Given its scope and focus of a particular novel and city, Bloomsday is unparalled in the world as a literary and cultural festival.

Nearly all these clocks were Produced by Acme Showcard and Sign Co.

We found it with all the original connections , front face cover & its OG connections.

It ran on the mains, to work the clock & lamp.

Again just a show & tell as it’s a rare one to find.

Made of a Terricotta/Red Clay type material with with a top dog glazed finish.

Has the famous bull dog with markings on the base.

Again the read brothers were related to Arthur 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 & were the first people to export 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 to the USA.

Pheonix Beer was made in Waterford by Cherry’s brewer, then acquired by Guinness.

These were made by Waterford barware.

Said there be only 144 Produced By Waterford Crystal.

For An Advertising Campaign To Promote Draught 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 in 1963 and Another Run In 1965.

These Were Prized Possessions Of Pub Landlords In the 60s When The Draught Was Launched.

It’s an early one, with a heavy celluloid frame with a vibrant colour print on.

Bass was in calibration with Guinness for a long time, 1800s to the early 1900s.

Has to be one the the rarest piece’s of Guinness memorabilia. Few different versions of the same style.

Has My Goodness My 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 on. Just beware of the fakes, there absolutely terrible & people are purchasing them for mad monies.

These will always have very fine detail,from the top to the bottom . It will also have a top class hand painted finish just like the small versions.

The fakes are a watery type paint finish like your kids water colors , so quite noticeable.

So if in doubt give VR a shout! We will authenticate it no problem!
