Once upon a time, in the heart of a magical forest, surrounded by sparkling streams and towering cliffs, there stood a special place known as the Hotel for Peculiar Children. This enchanting hotel was hidden from most people, but it had a secret way of calling children with a touch of magic in their hearts.
One bright day, kids with the most unusual dreams found themselves at the doorstep of the Hotel for Peculiar Children. To their amazement, as they stepped inside, they were whisked away to a breathtaking world, leaving behind the ordinary world as if it were a storybook. Here, they could be exactly who they were meant to be, with no limits.
Maria, a girl who always wanted to reach for the stars but had been told it was impossible, now had hands that could reach anything she wished. She felt like she could touch the stars themselves!

Caleb, a boy who longed to meet new people and walk confidently through life, went through a magical transformation. His feet grew bigger for comfortable steps, and his hands became strong so he could help and guide others.
Holly, a girl as pure and beautiful as a flower, received a magical crown of flowers and the power to become anyone she wanted. She became her own kind of magic.
Poppy, the girl who loved being in the spotlight, was given the most dazzling pearl necklace ever seen. Now, the whole world could see her shine, and she was the star of her own show.
And then there was Myah, the curious scientist, who came to the Hotel for Peculiar Children in disguise. She pretended her dream was to have the longest hair, but she had a bag full of exciting mysteries waiting to be explored.
And so, the adventures of these extraordinary children continued in this magical place. The Hotel for Peculiar Children held many secrets, known only to them, promising an endless journey of wonder and enchantment.

Beautiful story we shot for
Loved working on this project as it not only represents the brand but it is always deeper meanings and so much happening between the lines. Mushrooms became the main focal point of the shoot, and we are proud of how we delivered this project. We hope you will enjoy this story, too ♡

Colour splash in editorials for Irish Designer
It was lovely to bring the Irish landscape of Wicklow to the picture and paint the canvas with such vibrant colours of Clare's collection. The heritage farming equipment, painted trees and rocks played well to enhance the colour and give the balance in the beautiful afternoon and evening light.
Thank you to the talented team behind all this.

Carrots make wonders :)
I recently posted about “Carrot Man” and realised after reading the comments that not everyone knew about him!
Well, here is the original story I posted 3 years ago…. I will find him again for “365”!
“I have seen this man before, I mean how do you miss a man carrying a giant carrot?! But i’ve never been able to catch him! Today I did and what a legend he is!
“I have to ask, why do you always carry a giant carrot around?”
Nathan
“To make people smile… You see, one day I went to an op shop and I bought a giant turnip. I was carrying it home and noticed how much it made people smile. That made me feel really good!
So I decided to try carrying other giant things around. I carried a giant octopus and a giant squid… then I made the giant carrot and carried it around town and I noticed a big difference. The diversity of people smiling and the number of people smiling was much greater. So I just kept carrying the carrot around because it was the most successful thing at making people smile.
Personally I would have loved to keep carrying the squid but it was the carrot that everyone loved…
I’m on a disability pension, you see, and this is my way of giving back. I’m a part of the community, putting smiles on people’s faces.
Like today for instance, I was at home watching a DVD, and I just thought, ‘Nah, I’m going to go out and make hundreds of people smile instead with the carrot.’
Last year there was a big protest at Parliament, right wing people and anti-racism people and I was at home watching it on TV thinking ‘how awful, this could end up in a riot.’
So I picked up my carrot and wandered down. It worked so well, people started smiling when they saw me and the carrot and I think it helped calm them down.
I try to get out as often as possible but you have to be in the mood to do something like this… today I’ve been out here for about an hour and a half and I’ve had hundreds and hundreds of smiles. This is what’s so good about it, if I want to do something good I just grab the carrot and head on out.
Keep on carrying that carrot Nathan!
You make Melbourne a better place.”

The Crow and the Moon. Kids Fashion Editorial for Creative Director Photographer Stylist
UPA AW22/23 is presented in a beautiful Editorial, a story about a friendship of a girl and a crow. It is a story about the power of friendship and the feeling of belonging. The crow is a symbol of a parent. Strong hands of a crow lift the whole moon- the world of a child. It walks all the roads and paths, roots a child into this world and lets him live. The strength of a child’s inner world depends on how strong the foundation is, which is built with the hands- minds of parents.
