Leg session today. Was meant to be a rest day but really needed to clear my head. โš ๏ธStarted with a wedged bodyweight squat for 10 reps and holding on the 10th for 10 seconds x 3 โš ๏ธLeg extension 90kg for 15 reps x 3 โš ๏ธ hack squat 240kg for 15 reps rest for 10 seconds and then 8 more reps x 3 โš ๏ธ To end it with leg press 260kg 20 reps x 2 All slow and controlled time under tension ๐Ÿ’ช Looking forward to the next 8 weeks and seeing the big changes to come with the boss man @vinny_craine_ifbbpro
