A: “I love rugby and going to the gym 💪🏼, but one of my hobbies has evolved into expressing art through clothing. Since the pandemic, I have been involved in projects like tie-dye. I’ve even set up a small business where I host workshops for kids and adults, teaching them how to revitalise their old clothes and raise awareness about the importance of reducing, recycling, and minimising fashion waste”.

A - I won't say the funniest thing a customer has asked but I can tell you the funniest thing a customer did. So, the funniest thing a customer did was that they walked in with me to the treatment room and I asked them to feel free to hang their jacket on the little hook and hand signalled them towards it, but instead of hanging it on the hook they opened the fridge, took a good look inside and popped their jacket in, closed the fridge and waited for my further directions, it took a couple of seconds for us to understand what just happened.
