Tony, Andy, Ronan, Sean and Barry smashed the Kilkee Bay Swim in tough conditions on Saturday 👏 With a big shout out to Tony and Ronan who came first in their age categories!💪 On Sunday Deirdre Hynes and Collette Quinlivan were flying at the Munster Criterium Championships in Limerick with superb performances finishing 2nd and 5th respectively!👏 💪

A shout out to Robbie Downes who was flying at the Loughrea Sprint Triathlon Last Sunday💪 Also that's a wrap on the Aquathon training series for this year! Well Done to everyone that Organised, Marshalled, Kayaked and took part! 👏💪

Big Congratulations to Julia Stack and Catherine and Tomás Downes who were tearing it up at the Loughrea Triathlon Festival today with three very strong performances!👏

A Big Congratulations to Brian McCarthy who smashed the Triathlon Alpe D'Huez in France Yesterday! 💪Great going Brian!👏

Well Done to Lilly O'Dea, Sean Garry and Paddy Quinn who were all flying in Waterville last weekend at the Hardman Middle Distance Triathlon.👏 A big shout out to Paddy who finished a superb 10th overall!💪👏

On Sunday Andy, Barry ,Sean and Tony smashed the Up the Creek Triathlon in Kilrush👏 With a big shout out to Tony and Barry who finished 1st and 2nd in their age categories respectively💪👏

On Saturday, Aisling was the 1st lady home and 7th overall with a Super effort in the Lough Cutra Sprint Duathlon💪👏Ciaran and Ronan were flying in the Lough Cutra 5k Swim 👏 and Chris smashed the Lough Cutra Sprint Plus Triathlon 💪
Also on Saturday Oliver, Brian, Enda, Nerys and Michael flew through the Burren Half Marathon Challenge! 👏
On Sunday, Paddy smashed the Lough Cutra Gauntlet Middle Distance Triathlon with a super effort finishing 9th overall 💪👏 Great Going everyone 👏👍
