Our sympathies to the Bohannon family on the passing of Mitchell Bohannon, Drumdigus. Mitchell was never far away from his bike and maintained his fitness by being very active. A great neighbour and friend Mitchell will be sadly missed by all.

Our thoughts are with Margaret, Pat and Michael and all extended family and friends at this time.

The girls will play the division 3 final against Kildysart in Cusack Park on Tuesday 11th June at 12pm.

The boys team play the division 2 final against Miltown schools on Wednesday 12th June @ 5.45pm in Lissycasey.

Our sympathies to the Cleary and Keniry families on the passing of Mairéad Cleary (née Keniry) of Colmanstown and Killimer.

Both families are deeply involved in both Shannon Gaels GAA and Killimer GAA for many years both on and off the pitch. Our condolences and thoughts are with both families, neighbors and friends at this time.

As a mark of respect to the Cleary and Keniry families the Shannon Gaels lotto draw is postponed until this Friday June 7th in Casey's, all tickets bought last week and this week will be included in the Jackpot draw and the Munster Hurling Final Ticket Draw.

Reminder that all lotto tickets sold this week need to be returned by tomorrow (Tuesday).

The Club received 30 stand tickets and 12 terrace tickets. 153 names were in the hat. A draw took place this evening at Shannon Gaels GAA pitch. Thanks to Orla Downes, Sinead McMahon, Caitriona Coughlan and Pa Carmody for their help. First 30 names out will receive codes for stand tickets and the next 12 terrace tickets. Codes will be issued tomorrow.
